✅ 2021 personal highlights:

— promoted to software development manager (SDM) at work
— learned React JavaScript framework
— completed/released multiple client projects (mobile apps, websites, and services)
— grew my social media presence and brands
— made my first investment outside of tech
— celebrated our first wedding anniversary
— grew mentally and spiritually

🥅 2022 goals (just the measurable ones):

— start improving my coding and software engineering toward a principal/staff level (3 trainings/projects minimum)
— create and productize at least one B2C (business-to-consumer) app/service/product outside of work - reach 100 active users/buyers
— create and productize at least one B2B (business-to-business) app/service/product outside of work - reach 100 active users/buyers
— grow my total brand and social media presence across all channels (+10K audience minimum)
— increase non-tech investments by at least 300% over 2021
