Elon Musk fired Twitter software developer for tweeting against him

Elon Musk (supposedly) fired a software developer at Twitter for tweeting in disagreement with him about a technical problem at Twitter.

This type of thing can happen and is a large part of why I don’t share anything about my day job in my content. Especially not any internal details about the company and/or tech.

Most companies have a code of conduct and security agreement every employee must sign. Not sure if this fits but it could be a conduct violation, or a security issue worst case.

If this is all true then that’s really unfortunate and I hope this guy is okay.

Also if this is true, it’s interesting that he’d be reprimanded by a tweet sharing some company info, that replies to a tweet from the actual owner/Elon sharing company info. 🤷🏾‍♂️
